Secondly, get proper sleep every day because getting more sleep means you get enough rest and sleep can regenerate the energy level so you would not fall sick. Thirdly, do more physical activities and exercises that require you to move a lot instead of sitting in front of your laptop. Not only it will improve your blood circulation but you can burn some calories.
